This charming older home is full of character and personality! While it's well-maintained and in great condition, you may notice some signs of its age, which only add to its unique charm. Rest assured, we've taken every step to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption. Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
