Getaway & Relax in The Loft Room. Just 5 mins drive to Euro Tunnel & 20 mins to Dover Ferry! The Loft Room is at the top of the stairs has its own bathroom, Kingsize bed, single sofa bed, a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster & essential kettle, so you can put your feet up, have a cuppa with a slice of toast & jam, just wind down away from it all. Noone will disturb you. The lovely sea-view can help you relax & find some calm in your day. Welcome to our family/dog friendly lofty airbnb. Enjoy😊 The space Our house was built in the 1930's, situated part way, on a slight hill. The houses are terraced, tall & painted white. We have a walled front garden unlike most in our row with a secure garden gate. So dogs and children cannot run straight out. Guest access Guest access is via the hosts own front door. Step into their hall, then access to The Loft Room accommodation is straight up the stairs through a private area landing leading to the stairs that take you to the The Loft Room. At the moment no other access is granted to guests. However, if the guest is long stay, access can be negotiated within reason on an individual basis. During your stay On arrival we will provide mobile phone number. we will always be available. There is a key pad & on checking-in you will be given a brand new code with which you can then can come & go as you please during your stay. Other things to note Please note regarding pets we cannot accept Cats at all. Due to strong allergies . Apologies. Parking is situated in the road. We have no parking currently available outside our house, due to garden renovations. Parking is available approx 50 metres straight up the hill on the right hand side, actually on the road, not the private parking bays. One past guest has mentioned that the two roads outside were noisy at night, no other guest has mentioned this so we have recorded the usual level of sound from the Loft Room with windows open wide, in the late morning, early evening/rush hour & one at nightime. We have tried to add them to the photo section but it will not facilitate videos. However, if you would like a copy of our sound recordings prior to booking for reassurance, please let us know we will be happy to send them to you🙏 Please let me reassure you the Loft Room is quiet. Like any area occasionally a car may sound their horn or a moped may travel down the road. But this would be a rarity.
