The space The farmhouse is located 1 km away from Kalu river in Kisal village which is on the way to Malshej Ghat. The entire farm would be assigned to the guests staying at the farmhouse. Vana The forest farm was born out of a deep rooted love for nature. Here we have a nature centric approach where human well-being arises as a consequence of caring for nature. We aim to grow into a food forest with the help of regenerative agricultural practices . Our food is grown naturally without use of any chemical pesticides. We border a forest area and hence are blessed with peaceful and serene forest sounds away from the hustle bustle of the city. We love our surrounding forest and aim to protect it from plastic wastes and other pollutants, hence we have a no plastic rule We have a 24hour care taker who resides on the farm. We also have a local village cooks who whip up delicious and fresh meals for your group. Food charges would be separate and is not included in this tariff cost. At night get mesmerised by the stary sky while during the day catch the sunrise and sunset from the farm. Play host of outdoor and indoor games with your friends and family. Pick a book and laze the whole day reading it while our cook caters to your taste buds We have also added a swimming pool for our guests Guest access Entire farmhouse Other things to note Cooking by guests is not allowed in the premises. We have full time cook at the farmhouse who makes fresh , hot and delicious meals for the guest as per their tastebuds We use quality and fresh ingredients to prepare our meals. Some of the ingredients are sourced from our food forest and some for local farms. We have options of pure veg (Jain meals) and non veg meals. Food charges for Veg and Non-veg meals is Rs.1200 per head (it includes all 4 meals - lunch , Hi tea with snacks, Dinner and Breakfast ) Additional veg starters, mutton and fish preparations are available as per the catch and rates available at that time. Barbecue set up is available at the farmhouse. * Set-up cost Rs.800 (includes Charcoal & Lighting up) * Service Cost - Rs.200 (If help in marination & Grilling opted for) Guests can get their own marinated food or we can provide them with marinated food at additional cost. We have a freezer facility available at no extra cost. Bonfire set-up is provided at an additional cost of Rs.500 (unavailable during monsoon season)
