You will be in a gated community right on the water with a convenience store, liquor store and a couple of fun restaurants within a few minutes drive. Family friendly cottage with bunk beds, ample outside seating, firepit, bbq, games & amazing water view sunsets. There is also a casita (8 ppl) available for rent if you have a larger group. Great spot to launch your boat, go fishing and bring the kids or teenagers. Gated community also has a community center with activities and playground.
