Please note that although there is an elevator, because the studio is located on a mezzanine, you must climb the stairs anyway. Additionally, for long stays, as it is 23 sqm, it is more suitable for 2 people than for 4. Experience the convenience and comfort of Parisian living in this centrally located studio! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment Other things to note Please remember, this is a private building, and we need to ensure everybody's safety and the right to quiet. Therefore, please make an effort to respect the neighbors. Do not occupy common areas with anything (luggage, scooters, rubbish), you can smoke only on the patio, and please note that parties are not allowed, nor is loud music at any time. Other features to consider: ✔︎ A full cleaning is done before your arrival. ✔︎ The accommodation is on the 1rd floor with elevator access. ✔︎ You will have one set of keys at your disposal. If you need additional sets, please let us know in advance—availability is not guaranteed. ✔︎ We provide one large towel and one small towel per guest. If you need extra sets, please let us know in advance. There is a €20 fee per additional set per person. ✔︎ Beds will be made upon arrival. ✔︎ TV and Netflix: The apartment has a television.
