Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors The space The flat is on a quiet residential street with a dead end so doesn’t have traffic. Parking available booked in advance. The nearby stations are in zone 2 (Homerton) zone 2/3 (Clapton) and 3 (Lea Bridge). The flat is on the ground floor. You enter to the kitchen. The flat is double glazed. It has underfloor heating in most rooms and you can adjust the temperature. There is a fan and air purifier. Bedroom It has a mirrored bedroom, it has a wall to wall fitted platform bed at 60cm off the floor and the mattress is 170cm wide and it is foam (no springs) and firm. It has shelves and a rail to hang clothes. The bedroom has a small window. Kitchen The kitchen has cooking equipment including mixer Nutribullet and air fryer and cleaning products. The fridge is stocked with drinks and water, there is ice in the freezer. The spices and basic food ingredients are available to use and I provide dairy and oat milk. Bathroom I provide all the basic bathroom products including loo roll shampoo soap and other essentials like tooth brushes and razors.
