Enter through the gate along a lit pathway to the entrance at the water. You're welcomed by a porch and two cushioned rocking chairs. Inside you'll find an office and fold-away bed along with a full bathroom to your right. On the second floor, an open floor plan includes a full-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room overlooking our cove and the lake beyond. A balcony features a table for 6 (chairs from dining table can be brought outside). Finally on the third floor, the master also features a private balcony and rocking chairs. The master ensuite has a large shower. The second guest room also has an ensuite; this one with a bathtub. You also have access to a washer and dryer on this floor. Enjoy the amenities of Buckeye Lake! Some of the best meals on the lake can be had at The Buckeye Lake Winery just next door. You'll also find a 1.3 mile nature trail, swimming beach, pickle ball court and playground within just a few minutes walk. Rent our pontoon boat (with at least one week's notice and extra fee) to enjoy dozens of bars and restaurants across the 10 mile lake. But don't worry, there is fun to be had even if the weather turns; just 5 minutes drive away, you can take a pottery class or candle-making class at Earthly Pottery Co (discounts provided to our guests.) Please be respectful of our home and the neighborhood as well as local laws and noise ordinances. Noise level monitors are installed. This is a quiet street and we love our neighbors. NO ONE, other than the individuals listed on your reservation, should be on the property for any reason, unless prior permission is received. If rule is violated, your reservation will be ended through Airbnb, without refund; you will be asked to leave immediately. Local residents without Airbnb reviews will require a deposit. PETS are permitted for $100 fee, up to 2 pets.
