Cozy farmhouse loft located in the quaint Village of Spring Lake. Large bedroom, living room, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom and bunk room. Separate, private entrance. Spring Lake is located 30 minutes west of Edmonton and has so much to offer for that little getaway from the city but still within a 13 minute drive from all amenities. 5 minute drive from public lake access where you can paddle board in the summer and ice fish in the winter. Enjoy a quiet weekend in the country! The space Cozy 550 sq ft farmhouse style loft with full kitchen, large living room, 4 piece bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Queen bed in master bedroom with sitting area and walk in closet. Additional room with bunkbeds that can sleep 2 children. Bathroom has 2 sinks and separate wet room with tub/shower. Living room has a comfy couch, a single pull out sofa bed with a 50” Roku Smart TV with Discovery+ and Disney+. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy meal or just order Skip the Dishes or pizza to your door! Lake is 3 minute walk down path through the trees in the back yard. Propane fire pit available for guest use. Plenty of walking/biking trails in the area to explore as well as a tennis/pickle ball and basket ball court and public lake access just a five minute drive around the lake. Ice cream/candy store in the summer within walking distance as well as 4 playgrounds! In the winter there is an ice rink at the Spring Lake Village office with a fire pit and skate shack. Come stay at The Lake Loft and enjoy all Spring Lake has to offer! Guest access 2 parking spaces available for free. Other things to note The Lake Loft is located in the country and there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance besides the store at the campground that is open during the summer months that has snacks but only has basic grocery and household supplies. The closest restaurant and gas station is a 6 minute drive and you can find all other amenities in Stony Plain which is a 12 minute drive. Walmart and Superstore will deliver groceries to us (sometimes in under 2 hours!) and Skip the Dishes is available as well. The Lake Loft can accommodate 3 adults or a family of 5. There is a queen bed, a single pull out sofa bed, 2 single bunks and 2 twin air mattresses. Please note that the single bunks are 5’2” in length so taller children may want to sleep on the air mattresses. Please inquire about an additional guest fee of $10 per night over three adults or a family of more than five if they are comfortable sleeping on air mattresses and/or bunk beds. There’s no public beach on Spring Lake but there is public lake access. Verification of ID may be asked for upon arrival. Security camera on property for everyone’s safety.
