The Lake Loft / Lake Access / 1 Bedroom + Bunkroom

Escape to the country in this cozy farmhouse-style loft, in the quaint Village of Spring Lake. Spring Lake is located 30 minutes west of Edmonton and has so much to offer for that little getaway from the city but still within a 12 minute drive from all amenities. Bring your paddle boards and fishing rods to enjoy the lake in the summer or your ice fishing gear in winter with lake access only a 3 minute walk away. Enjoy a quiet vacation in the country! The space Cozy 550 sq ft farmhouse style with full kitchen, large living room, 4 piece bathroom, bedroom and bunk room. The master features a queen bed, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet, while the additional bunk room is perfect for kids. The full bathroom offers double sinks plus a separate wet room with tub/shower for extra privacy. Living room has a comfy couch, a single pull out sofa bed with a 50” Roku Smart TV with Crave and Disney+. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy meal or just order Skip the Dishes or pizza to your door! Step out back and follow the path through the trees to the lake or gather around the propane fire pit for an evening under the stars. Plenty of walking/biking trails in the area to explore as well as a tennis/pickle ball and basket ball court and 4 playgrounds throughout the village. Ice cream/candy store open during the summer at the RV resort. In the winter there is an ice rink at the village office with a fire pit and skate shack. Come stay at The Lake Loft and enjoy all Spring Lake has to offer! Guest access 2 parking spaces available for free. Other things to note The Lake Loft is located in the country and there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance besides the store at the campground only open during the summer months which has snacks, basic grocery and household supplies. The closest gas station is a 6 minute drive, closest restaurant a 9 minute drive and you can find all other amenities in Stony Plain 12 minutes away or simply order food and groceries to your door. The Lake Loft can accommodate 3 adults or a family of 5. There is one queen bed, one single pull out sofa bed, 2 single bunks and 2 twin air mattresses. Please note that the single bunks are 5’2” in length so taller children may want to sleep on the single pull out or air mattresses. Please inquire about an additional guest fee of $15 per night over three adults or a family of more than five if they are comfortable sleeping on air mattresses and/or bunk beds and I will try to accommodate. There is no public beach on Spring Lake but there is public lake access for paddle boarding and fishing. Verification of ID may be asked for upon arrival. Security camera on property for everyone’s safety.
