Welcome to our cozy & spacious townhome retreat in beautiful Incline Village, Lake Tahoe! The space We are excited for the opportunity to host you at our cozy and spacious townhome in beautiful Incline Village! Our property is a two-story townhome located in the Forest Pines community complex in Incline Village. We take great pride in how clean we keep our property. Although it is not brand new, we feel that it has a really cool throwback retro cabin vibe. Wallpaper was also cool back in the 80's! We know it will make a comeback :) THE HOME: * Kitchen is fully equipped * Living room with SMART TV, Cable TV, DVD player, Fireplace * Smart TV - NetFlix, HBO, Amazon, Hulu and many more apps. * All bedrooms have pillows, blankets, and bedding. * All bathrooms equipped with towels and essentials (eg. hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo, conditioner) * Iron/Ironing board * Portable fans * Washer/Dryer * WiFi * Cable TV If you have any questions just let us know! **Currently we are not allowed to issue passes to the private beaches. There are amazing public options close by as well like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor Beach, Speedboat Beach and Secret Cove. Registration number WSTR21-0200 Guest access Guests have access to the clubhouse (w/ ping pong table, TV room & library), pool, spa & sauna. The clubhouse is located close to the Forest Pines entrance. You will see it on your left when entering the development. Hours are posted and can change. Owner does not guarantee there will not be a closure of spa or pool due to repair or pool/spa needing to be drained. Other things to note The development has HOA rules. We also have our own house rules. We want to make sure you feel 100% comfortable and safe at our property. Here are the Rules: 1. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. 2. If using the Fireplace make sure to open the Flue by pulling the handle toward you. You can purchase firewood up the street at Rally's or 7/11. 3. Please do not have any open flames in the property besides the fireplace. 4. We love our pets, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property. 5. Please remove your shoes when entering the home. 6. Please do not eat food in the bedrooms. 7. You may use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. Do not overload the washer and dryer. They are small. 8. Please go outside if you smoke and make sure the door is closed. Under no circumstances is it okay to dispose of your cigarette butts outside. We are in a high fire area. 9. The Pool, Clubhouse & Spa area are for the use of only the designated AirBnB guests. closure of pool and spa can happen occasionally due to draining the pool or spa or repair. Owner does not guarantee they will be open since repairs and draining can happen without notice from HOA to owner. 10. If guest remains on the premises WITHOUT PERMISSION for any period after the agreed booking period, the occupant will pay 35% of the Occupancy Fee. If our guests would like to extend their check-out time (with permission) we are happy to do so FREE OF CHARGE if there is not another same-day booking. Any unpermitted overstay will be subject to a 35% overstay fee.
