Enjoy your own apartment in the heart of Tamarindo. We offer a 100Mb wifi in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and coffee maker, so that you can cook your meals, all tucked away in a side street about 4 minutes walking distance from the popular shopping center. No Animals of any kind allowed, as some our cleaning staff are allergic. There is a shared backyard with pool. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Please rinse any sand off your body with the outdoor shower in the courtyard before returning to your villa (sand will clog our plumbing so please help us out!) Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours 11:00 PM to respect our neighbors and other guests No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest. We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you. We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
