The space Inside, you will discover a master suite equipped with a double bed of 180 cm, offering an ideal relaxation area with an en-suite spacious bathroom including a walk-in shower, a bathtub and two sinks, perfect for moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Children and guests will find their delight in the other three bedrooms: one bedroom with a 90cm bed; another with a comfortable 160cm double bed; and one with a 90cm loft bed, freeing up floor space to play or relax. An additional bathroom with three vanities and a shower ensures convenience for everyone. The house also has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a separate toilet on the landing for ease. The living room is a gathering place where comfort and entertainment meet. Equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen and 5.1 sound system, it promises unforgettable movie nights, wrapped in an immersive sound quality. Two leather sofas offer the perfect comfort for these relaxing moments, whether you're immersed in a captivating movie or sharing discussions with family or friends. For music lovers, a piano is also available, inviting musical moments, whether you want to play or just listen to the melodies that animate the house. This space is designed to accommodate all your moments of relaxation and leisure, making every day an opportunity to create new memories. The garden is a haven of peace and entertainment: a 7mx3.6m salt-treated swimming pool invites you to swim and relax under the sun (June to September). A fire pit and gas grill are ready for your grilled evenings, creating convivial moments for families or groups of friends. Gardening enthusiasts will be delighted to discover our vegetable garden and orchard, where you can meet our chickens and enjoy good fresh eggs every morning. For explorers eager to discover the surroundings, a carport is home to three adult bikes, a teen bike, and a child bike, inviting you to unforgettable walks through the local landscapes. WORK INFORMATION: the parking area on the ground is currently under construction but remains accessible and allows you to park your car or motorhome there. A full gate 1.80 m high and 5m wide protects the access.
