A large terrace is located on the south side of the chalet with dining table, deckchairs and umbrella. It is located in a quiet area, not overlooked.  Close to Seignus and Foux d'Allos ski resorts.  Pedestrian trails from the chalet. The space The chalet is on two levels: Large living room on the ground floor: It includes a 6-seater dining table. Living room area with a corner sofa that can accommodate 5/6 people in front of a large wood stove. Fully equipped open kitchen: Open to the living area, it contains a stove with electric oven and induction hob, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a food processor, a microwave, etc. One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 140 x 190 A shower room on the ground floor with toilet. A shower room upstairs with toilet Two bedrooms upstairs: one with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, one with 2 90 x 190 cm single beds. Individual garage, private, under the cabin. Finally, a laundry room at the entrance of the chalet is at your disposal to drop off your coats, shoes, etc. It contains a washing machine and a dryer. Linens are not provided. Since 2025, check-ins and check-outs have been managed by the Colmars concierge. If you wish, it rents linen and offers its services for end-of-stay cleaning.
