The primary bedroom has a king bed, bunk bed (queen lower and twin on top) & attached shower/tub ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom has one queen bed also with an attached ensuite. The third bedroom has a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom also has a queen. There are also 2 additional double floor mattresses stored in the primary bedroom closet and can easily be placed anywhere in the home. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bathrooms in this home are freshly renovated and beautifully modern! The primary bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a double sink, toilet, & shower/tub combo. The other bedroom with an ensuite has a stand alone, stone floor shower, sink and toilet. While the hallway bathroom has a sink, toilet, & shower/tub combo. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen is bright & open, with stainless steel appliances. With lots of counter space, it's a great kitchen for entertaining! Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming. The dining room seats 10, and there is also an additional dining table for 6 in the backyard. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has comfy seating and big screen tv! PETS: -$249.00 pet fee -No pets on furniture -Pets must be cleaned up after or additional cleaning fee will result in clean up fee. -No pets in the pool -Tenants are liable to charges for any damage to property caused by animal or any personal injury that may be caused by the animal during the stay. -Absolutely no smoking inside our home, guests are subject to a $1000 fine to be put towards additional cleaning. -Parties are NOT permitted, this will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the property, with NO REFUND. -While we regularly treat the property for insects inside and out, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters such as ants, roaches, lizards and other bugs. Be mindful of your food. -The pool is not fenced in and we ask that you DO NOT leave children unsupervised in the backyard. Please be aware of the extra locks and alarm system on the door specifically with access to the backyard. -The pool is heated to a temperature of 80°. If you’d like it heated to a higher temperature, arrangements can be made upon request for an additional fee of $69 per day. -A maximum of one pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20lbs. -$15/night per guest after 10 guests. -Pool heating is included up to 80°F, with an optional upgrade to 90°F. Please understand that outdoor pools are subject to heat loss, particularly when ambient temperatures fall below 70°F, during windy conditions, or overnight. While we ensure the heater is operating properly, actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed under cooler weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued for temperature fluctuations caused by environmental factors.
