Comfortable and cozy 1-PERSON accommodation!*** 1/ 🪴GARDEN (spring-summer): - private area with 2 chairs, a small table and 2 sunbeds that you can move wherever you want in our garden:) - depending on the season: pears or cherries to pick. 2/ 🅿️ LOCATION & ACCESS: - not suitable for PRMs🚨 - very quiet neighborhood, lots of greenery - no private parking space but easy parking on the street about a hundred meters away (you have to walk 2-3 min), NO BLUE ZONE unlike the city center so FREE PARKING - Lockbox available for self check-in and checkout. 3/ 🛌 LIVING ROOM: - unfoldable wall table - 2 unfoldable stools - Wall-mounted TV with Molotov channels (except TF1 & M6) + possibility to use your Netflix codes - 2 pillowcases and 2 DODO brand pillows - mattress with mattress pad and fitted sheets - DODO brand comforter and comforter cover - IKEA brand pullout trundle bed 160x200. 4/ 🚿Bathroom-WC: - attention: 🚨SMALL shower cubicle 70x70 - towels, - bath mat - shower gel, - shampoo, - tissues - Toilet paper - "survival" kit (bandages etc...). 5/ 🧑‍🍳 KITCHEN AREA: - equipped kitchenette - small refrigerator with freezer - glass-ceramic baking sheets - microwave - SENSEO brand coffee maker - dishes - sponge, towel and towel - hand-soap - salt and pepper - aluminum foil - a few bags of tea, coffee and sugar for your breakfast - Household cleaning products and dishwashing liquid are stored under the sink. 6/ 🚨OTHER INFORMATION: - 1-PERSON ACCOMMODATION - the ACCOMMODATION IS PART OF OUR HOUSE (lower part) but the ACCESS is INDEPENDENT for the comfort of all - not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR) - Wi-Fi connection 🛜 - Dedicated space to store your suitcases and belongings - NON-SMOKING accommodation 🚭 but possibility of smoking outside, just in front of the studio (blue ashtray available on the edge of the window). Ferté-sous-Jouarre station ON FOOT: 20/25 minutes depending on your walking pace. Otherwise, bus lines serve our street on weekdays in the morning and evening.
