The space The master bedroom features a wardrobe, a large mirror, a TV, a standard double bed, a private bathroom, and access to the outside bathroom and powder room. The single bedroom is adjacent with a wardrobe, a standard single bed, a trundle bed, and access to the outside bathroom and powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils, including a refrigerator, stove, cabinets, microwave, sink, and more. The living room features a dining table, TV, balcony with city views, and sofa beds. Guest access The Bandeirantes neighborhood is located very close to the city center, is predominantly residential and safe. It is considered one of the noble neighborhoods in the city of Caldas Novas. Ideal for walks, bike rides or runs. Wooded and ventilated location. Excellent parking space outside the condominium. There are car washes and paid parking lots around the neighborhood. Other things to note Total allowed: 7 people, including the guest. Infants are also counted. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO EXCEED THE TOTAL LIMIT OF 7 PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT INSIST. Attention: Starting February 1, 2024, the cost of a wristband will be charged per person, except for children up to 10 years of age. Wristband cost: R$10.00 (per person). Children not accompanied by a legal guardian: - The guest must present notarized authorization at the reception desk, along with a photocopy of the child's legal guardian's ID.
