It sits on nearly 2.5 acres with grounds to explore, but there are neighbors. Please be mindful and respectful of their proximity to you, even if it's easy to forget they are there! There are frequent wildlife sightings, including black bears, mule deer, and other mountain creatures. Please keep trash inside the house. Host will coordinate trash pickup. The home is easily accessible from the South Perry Park Road. The living space has high speed internet that easily supports remote work and movie nights. Two adults would sleep comfortably here. A paved parking space is provided in driveway for one vehicle. Outdoor sauna is not for use by guests.
