Aquatika Ocean Paradise is a comfortable and modern apartment located within the Aquatika Beach Resort complex in Loiza. This beautiful, stylish and newly renovated apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, tropical getaway. The complex has 5 swimming pools, passive river, slides, direct access to the beach, basketball and tennis court, mini golf and clubhouse. Full air conditioning. You'll have everything you need for unforgivable vacations. The space Our apartment located on the second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The apartment also has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room. You'll love spending time on our balcony, which is perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a meal and/or your favorite outdoor drink while enjoying its lovely view of the pool, passive river and garden. We also provide beach chairs, so you can enjoy direct beach access in comfort. To ensure everyone has a great time and to ensure everyone's safety, the resort requires guests to wear bracelets when using the facility. But don't worry, we'll help you!!! We will be sure to have bracelets ready for everyone in your group when you arrive. Just tell us the names of everyone in your group in advance and we will have everything ready for you. To make sure everyone inside the Aquatika condominium complex is safe, we ask that no additional guests are allowed during your stay. This policy has been set by the administration of the complex for your peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note Aquatika has a strict access control policy to the facilities. Upon confirmation of reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will occupy the listing. Failure to do so may result in delays at check-in or security denying entry. According to Aquatika policy, the maximum capacity for each apartment is 8 guests. Only registered guests can access the complex. VISITS are not allowed; we appreciate their cooperation. The Aquatika complex requires all guests to wear a resort style wristband during their stay. Wrist bands will be provided to guests upon check-in with security guards. These bracelets must always be worn, in this way, the security of the complex can identify authorized guests. We are delighted to have you as a guest and want you to feel at home during your stay at our property in Puerto Rico. To ensure your comfort, we have provided freshly washed linens and towels for your use, including one bath towel per guest and at least 4 beach/pool towels. We also have at least four beach chairs and an ice cooler for you to take to the beach. To get your vacation started with your right foot, we've included some disposable amenities like body wash and shampoo for each bathroom, three trash bags, one roll of paper towels, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a dish soap, and a dish sponge. While we made sure to provide you with the essentials, please note that we do not offer unlimited disposable services. It is your responsibility to review the services we provide and stock with anything else you may need for your stay. Complex Service Hours: the pool schedule is from 9:00 am to 1:00 am The beach gate will be open from 7am-7pm. **NOTE: The pool water slide runs only on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.** **The complex has 5 pools; we have no control over the use and maintenance of the pools so the complex decides at what time they will provide service and for how long any of them may be out of service if necessary. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A ELECTRIC GENERATOR. I could experience power outages as the PREPA infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it's an event out of our control. These events can be for short periods and sometimes longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ** Travel Insurance ** We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays occur. Guest access Located on the second level of the Aquatika Beach Resort complex in Loiza, Puerto Rico. As a guest, you will have access to all the incredible amenities that the resort has to offer including 5 pools, water slides, a "passive pool rio", mini golf, basketball courts, tennis, and clubhouse. Other things to note ➡️There can be noise; we are located in front of one of the pools and the schedule is until 1:00 am ➡️Aquatika beach Resort is located steps from the beach so you should be aware that you may perceive peculiar smells; for some “unpleasant” because of the proximity to the sea and is something that is not in our control. As well as mosquitoes and/or insects that tend to be present in coastal areas. We recommend removing the trash daily; not leaving food out of the fridge. We are located in a palm tree area so the ants will be present. If traveling with minors we recommend avoiding waste of treats and food especially in the kitchen area. **Emergency : 911 ** ** Travel Insurance ** We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays occur. Additional rules 🔅 This is a smoke-free property. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT FACILITIES. 🔅 Guests are not allowed to receive visitors during their stay. 🔅 All people must register at the guardhouse. 🔅 Guests must wear Aquatika wristbands at all times while in public areas of the facility. 🔅Do not pass the time to dry towels, bathing suits or similar items from windows, balconies, doors, railings or other areas that are visible from the outside. Please use the provided towels. This practice may result in Aquatika complex fines for $200. If the owner of the apartment is fined, this fine will be charged to the guest. 🔅 Unnecessary noises are not allowed. Radio and TV should be operated in such a way as not to disturb neighbors. 🔅No one can throw any type of object or trash from the apartment window, balcony hallways or other areas of the condominium 🔅All trash must be deposited in lock bags and placed inside trash bins upon check out. 🔅 Glass objects, cigarettes, food or drinks are not allowed in the pools or on the water slide. No 🔅 chairs allowed inside or on the edge of the pools. 🔅Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when they enter. the common areas, swimming pools and recreational areas.
