The space Bright and air-conditioned, with a view of a beautiful and peaceful landscape, your 43 m² vacation home is a fully equipped apartment (with washer and dryer) adjoining our house. It has two independent step-free entrances and is located within a large enclosed garden of 7,000 m². You can park your vehicle safely behind our electric gate. The bedroom (11 m²) features a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser, with a view of the back garden. The kitchen is very well equipped (including a small dishwasher) if you want to turn fresh local produce into an intimate meal for two. It opens onto a patio in front of the house where you can eat your meals outdoors while enjoying a stunning view of our large garden facing the majestic Château de Biron. If you want to enjoy teleworking in a quiet and green setting, a desk and a secure Wi-Fi connection are at your disposal. Other things to note The cottage can only accommodate up to 2 people, but a young child up to 3 years old is welcome in addition. A baby crib and a high chair are available if needed.
