South of the Dordogne on a serene and hilly path, relax in this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Only a 5-minute walk away, the most beautiful bastide of the Purple Perigord awaits you with its relaxed atmosphere. Discover Monpazier with its diverse artisans, picturesque alleys, old square and weekly market, restaurants offering the best local products and wines from the region. For beer lovers, there is even an English microbrewery. The space Air-conditioned and bright, overlooking a sublime and peaceful landscape, your vacation home (43 m2) is an apartment adjoining our house. It has two independent entrances on one level located on a closed plot of 7000 m2. Park your car safely behind our electric gate. The bedroom (11 m2) offers a double bed with a wardrobe and a dresser overlooking the back garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, double oven, microwave and small dishwasher. It opens onto a patio in front of the house where you can have your meals while enjoying the beautiful weather overlooking the Chateau de Biron. There is also a washing machine and dryer. And if you want to enjoy teleworking in a quiet and green setting, know that a desk and a secure wifi connection are at your disposal. Guest access Private entrance with 2 doors: directly to the living room and kitchen. Other things to note The gîte can only accommodate 2 people maximum. A young child of 3 years or less is welcome, but remember to bring your own crib. Please note that the place is not suitable for people with special needs or who use a wheelchair.
