Bring your boat and enjoy all of what Badin Lake and the Uwharrie has to offer! The space This lakefront cabin is 1750 sqft and has 2 master bedrooms with king sized beds, 3 full bathrooms, with an open downstairs area with a queen sized sleeper sofa and game room. The cabin sits on 3 acres and has walking trail around property through the woods. There are two patios, one is a screened in porch with a daybed for those rainy days! The other has a Blackstone grill for your grilling needs and also a lounge area with an outdoor couch and chairs to enjoy the lake view! The cabin is lake front with a single slip boat dock! Bring your boat or rent one!! I also supply 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for your enjoyment! There is plenty of off street parking to park your boat trailer. The El Dorado outpost is only 10 minutes away for all your off road fun and adventures! No ATV riding allowed on property. The Uwharrie forest has plenty of hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and lots of off road fun! There are also local wineries to visit, a fantastic brewery, a local distillery and a ropes course nearby. The Uwharrie offers lots of fun for all to enjoy! Guest access You will have access to the whole house (excluding owners closet and crawl space) and full use of the boat dock and property. Other things to note This property has a pathway of paver stones down to the water. Guests with mobility issues may have a hard time staying at this property. There is a bit of a decline down to the boat dock. There are also stairs to get into the house to the upstairs outside and to go up/down the stairs inside. You may see deer as well as other wildlife, including spiders and insects and cobwebs that come with forest living. I do provide bug spray and cobweb spray if needed. Although we do our best to wipe down the outside furniture cobwebs do accumulate over night and you may see some on outdoor furniture/kayaks. I do provide spray and cloths if needed.
