The Byre at Rottonborough Farm

Relax and unwind, as a couple, small group of friends or family at this peaceful place to stay. Feel at one with nature with uninterrupted views over ancient water meadows, woodland and fields in all directions. The Byre is detached yet set within close proximity to the Farmhouse. The house and gardens are being lovingly transformed from a derelict site into a domestic homestead. There are some unfinished works to the parking area and some areas of the garden. We have 2 children and 2 dogs. The space The Byre comprises 4 rooms. A small welcoming entrance hall leading onto the primary living space which has a king size bed, an L-shaped sofa, TV, kitchenette and 4 seater table. The kitchenette has a minifridge, electric 2 hob cooker, microwave and coffee peculator. Milk, tea and coffee available on arrival, along with basic cleaning equipment. One window looks out over the meadows and one over the vegetable garden. The bathroom has a bath, with a rain shower at one end, along with a separate hand shower. WC, basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chest of drawers, and a window overlooking the vegetable garden. All linen is white 100% linen and 2 towels per guest. There is a cupboard in the small hall with hanging space for coats and long garments. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garden at the back of the house, looking over the meadows and the willow seat next to the pond. The vegetable garden and front garden are private access only. Other things to note Our dogs are friendly but please do not throw a ball or sticks. They have bitten on occasion over excitement or possession so please respect this warning.
