"La Spinosa" Farmhouse - Levante

Casale La Spinosa is a large country house divided in two completely indipendent apartments: Levante and Ponente. It's surrounded by a vast property of 5 ha, covered by olive trees (some of which hundreds of years old), fruit trees, small woods and green fields. This is the perfect place if you love nature, relax and peace. For art and history lovers, Ninfa gardens and the ancient villages of Sermoneta and Norma are just a few km away. ID 28727 The space On the groundfloor you'll find a large and confortbale lounge area with a fire place, a dining space, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, the master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom without shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. All spaces are full of light and you'll be surrounded by trees and green from every window. Outside, right next to the apartment, you'll find a dining space with bbq. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal, as well as the whole surrounding property. Levante and Ponente apartments can be rented at the same time if you need more room for larger groups (up to 8 people in total). A large parking space is just a few steps from the house. Entering the property you'll see an other house, rarely used by the host, which is not accessible. Occasionally you might see Stefano, the host, or his coworkers around the property keeping up with ordinary maintenance. Other things to note In the unlikely event both apartments (Levante and Ponente) are occupied at the same time by two different groups, even though located in the opposite sides of the Casale, you might encounter other guests in the external spaces of the property.
