This is one of the few properties in the area where you will have the whole home to yourself which includes the carport and room for a few other vehicles in the confines of the property. Yattalunga is a small suburb forming part of the 3 villages of Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga! It is situated on Brisbane Water which surrounds Gosford, Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga. Davistown is home to the Putt Putt boats and Putt Putt Regatta. My cottage is conveniently located 10-15 minutes drive from the Gosford/Kariong M1 turnoff. My comfortable cottage is eclectic but stylish where classic charm meets modern convenience. This enchanting single level 3-bedroom cottage boasts 2 luxurious bathrooms and a host of attractive features, making it an ideal haven for your family getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm embrace of timber floorboards, which lead you through this beautiful home. The star of the show is the generously-sized main bedroom, complete with a modern ensuite. Best of all, it opens out to a very private Zen garden with tranquil water sounds from the delightful pond. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. The heart of this cottage is the kitchen, and it's truly a chef's delight. Modern and inviting, it features stone benches that add a touch of elegance to your culinary adventures. Fully equipped with dishwasher, filtered water/ice fridge, oven, stove top, microwave & pod coffee machine you will be wanting for nothing. The master bedroom consists of a King bed, ensuite, wardrobe, drawers air conditioning and tv. The second bedroom consists of a Queen bed, overhead fan, wardrobe & draws. The third bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, draws and blackout blinds. All beds have electric blankets fitted to keep you extra cosy at night. Linen and house towels are provided. The living room has a large smart tv with soundbar. Fast wi-fi is available for all your computer and streaming needs. Netflix is available for your use as well. Also provided is a DVD/CD player and DVDs if you desire. Both bathrooms have been tastefully updated to offer a contemporary feel with the main bathroom having a bath and a shower. Whether you're getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening, you'll do it in style and comfort. Step outside, and you'll find a private front yard that's perfect for family gatherings, or simply basking in the open air. The cottage also includes a tandem carport and off-street parking. If you need to charge your electric vehicle there is an outdoor 10 amp power point in the carport which you can use. You will just need your own charging cables etc. Feel free to bring your furry friend along for your getaway too. The whole property is fully fenced with an electric gate so is very secure and dog friendly. This cottage isn't just a charming residence; it's nestled in an ideal location. You're just a short walk from the waterfront, where serene views and leisurely strolls await. Access to public transport and you're just minutes away from major shopping hubs. My cottage is situated on the feeder road which services Davistown and Saratoga so at times during the day can be busy. It is only a single lane each way and does quiet down considerably at night though. It shouldn’t be an inconvenience because inside the high fence and gate there is ample parking and a lovely garden. I do provide a remote to operate the electric gate to make for easy access and egress. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Close to beautiful beaches:- Terrigal Beach is only 11 kms away. Avoca Beach is only 9 kms away. 3 minutes drive to beautiful Davistown - home of the antique Putt Putt boats! A Putt Putt experience on Brisbane Water is not out of the question if you like? Please enquire within. At least a 2 night stay would need to be booked for a Putt Putt experience. It would be complimentary but subject to weather and tides. Four guests at a time can be accommodated on the boat along with the Skipper and host (myself). Davistown RSL - has lunch and dinner specials during the week and live entertainment at times. Guest access The whole cottage is available for your exclusive use including grounds and garden. Electric gates provide security and privacy during your stay. Other things to note No bucks, hens or any other party permitted. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home but is acceptable outside! Ashtrays are provided. Your furry friend is welcome to come along as well. The property is fully fenced with an electric sliding gate at the front so it is very pet friendly. Registration Details PID-STRA-64292
