The space This completely remodeled apartment presents a snug setting with every amenity for your escape. At Vieques by the Condado Lagoon, find a well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and three bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. Enjoy the inviting living room, featuring a sofa and smart TV, and a dining area with seating, all in a cool, air-conditioned environment. Other things to note Please note: The property is set up with freshly laundered bed linens and towels for your comfort. For your convenience, we provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest. Please note we do not provide additional towel changes during your stay also we don’t leave laundry detergent in the unit, so please feel free to bring your preferred brand or pick one up nearby. To help get your vacation started, we also provide a starter set of disposable amenities. These include hotel-size soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap and 1 sponge. Please note these are starter supplies only guests are responsible for restocking any additional items needed for the remainder of their stay. Residential area- please be mindful of our neighbors. No loud noise or music after 10:00pm. There are no pets allowed. Street parking only. Late check out will be charged.
