“Route Two”

WINERIES, GOLF, MUSIC, FRONT PORCH SITTING AND MORE! Come stay at "Route Two" located across from Cedarbrook Country Club. You will be within twenty miles of more than 15 Yadkin Valley wineries. The house is also located a few miles from Elkin- home to the Reeves Theater, the MST Trail passes through, Yadkin River access, restaurants, etc. Stone Mountain State Park is 15 miles away. “Mayberry” (Mount Airy) is 19 miles away. The space Not fancy by no means, but has a great location for many types of interests. Both bedrooms have full sized beds. Free Wi-Fi and 2 tv's with Roku. Does NOT have central heat/air. Window unit AC only. Ceiling fans in 3 rooms and 2 portable fans are also provided. Gas heater is primary heat source. Bathroom can be drafty, especially in colder months. Space heaters are also provided. Guest access House and yard will be yours to enjoy. Private shed used for storage behind the house is restricted. Other things to note The bathroom is accessed through a bedroom.
