Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located in Unicoi Tn. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from I-26 in a quite/safe neighborhood. The space Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed, bedroom 2 is a full size. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses and TVs with Netflix and Hulu for you to enjoy. The living room features a brand new power reclining couch with large screen tv. Be sure to check out the remotes for the couch, you can plug your phone charger straight into them, so you can charge your phone while you relax. In the kitchen we offer a full set of cookware, bakeware and any dishes you many need. We also offer a L'OR Barista system in our fully stocked coffee bar. Outside we have a large gas grill and a smoker for your enjoyment. We also have a set of corn hole boards for those back yard BBQS. I hope you enjoy. Guest access This is a 4 bedroom home, guests will have access to two of the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house. I travel for work so the other 2 bedrooms have my personal belongings in them. You will have access to the entire outside area minus garage and out buildings.
