Newly renovated apartment in Altea with access to Cap Negret Beach. Private parking, quiet area but close to the city center and public transport. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea and getting to know a privileged area of Altea. The space It is an apartment with a capacity for 4 guests that allows you to enjoy the sea and the tranquility of the Cap Negret area in Altea. Everything has been prepared with great detail and affection to make you as comfortable as possible. It has 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 double bed and an open closet, and the second bedroom with capacity for two as it has a 90x190 trundle bed, perfect for both children and adults! There is also a closed closet and a work area. The kitchen has an American bar to enjoy breakfast or interact with your family/friends while preparing food. It is also fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc...) and kitchenware (glasses, cups, plates, etc...). There is a welcome kit with oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, water, coffee in capsules and infusions, and kitchen paper. The living/dining room has wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñon d'Ifach, with a dining table and 4 chairs, SmartTV, sofa and armchair. From this area you will enjoy the sound of the waves crashing. The front balcony is perfect for breakfast at the table with its two folding chairs. You can rest on the pallet sofa or even work. On the back balcony is the washing machine, clothesline, beach chairs, beach cooler, and umbrella. In the bathroom we have everything you need for everyday use, a sink, an extractor fan, and a modern shower that even has a faucet! The apartment has air conditioning for those hot nights! In addition to the above, in the bathroom you will find: One set of towels per person Floor mat Toilet paper Soap, gel and shampoo In the bedroom: Cotton bedding set Pillows, Bedspreads in case it gets chilly at night. Fular blanket In the hall: In the drawer there is a small first aid kit (I hope you don't need it) and there is also a lot of information that we have put from the Altea tourist office, take what you need, (there is one that explains why the area is called Cap Negret).
