Studio apartment located 3 miles from Lerwick The space The studio consists of a sleeping area with double bed, separated from the kitchen/living area by a half wall. There is an enclosed shower room. Guest access Our standard check-in time is 3pm, but please let us know if you would like to check-in earlier - we will do our best to accommodate this. It is often possible to check-in as early as 7.30am to fit with Northlink arrival. Standard check-out time is 10am but we will usually be able to accommodate a later check-out at your request. The driveway and parking are shared with the hosts. Other than this the accommodation is solely yours, with it's own separate access via lockbox to allow for flexible and private check-in. There are a few steps up to the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is located within a peaceful area 5 minutes drive from Lerwick. Although close to Lerwick, we do live out of town so use of your own vehicle is recommended (this is the best way to make the most of Shetland in general). If you have an electric vehicle, we can offer 7kwh overnight charging for a small additional fee The studio is attached to our family home, meaning that some noise may be heard from us and 2 young children during waking hours.
