Welcome to our authentic Florentine home! The house is located in a lively neighborhood much loved by residents a few steps from Via Gioberti, also known as "the street of 100 shops".The area is full of cafes, shops, restaurants and gardens, offering a not crowded enjoyable area but walking distance ofrom the main attractions of the historical centre. The space From the hallway you can access your private area separated by a wooden wall and a lockable door where you will have your own privacy. The apartment is furnished in classic Florentine style with chandeliers and original furniture and opens in a dining /kitchen room, from where you can access the separated bedroom with an extra relax area in a mezzanine and a large bathroom. The dining area is equipped with a comfortable table with chairs and an original 'breakfast corner' that we created by transforming the old family library. The dining area is equipped with an electric kettle, microwave oven, glasses, cups, pots and everything you need to prepare your own meal at home. You can also cook using the double induction stove that sits on an antique Singer sewing machine table. The bedroom overlooks a quiet internal street and, thanks also to the double-glazed window, can offer a very quiet place to rest at the end of a long day spent visiting beautiful Florence. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A small wooden staircase also leads to a characteristic and charming mezzanine furnished with a sofa and a tiny desk where you can write a postcard, use your laptop or simply enjoy moments of relax in total privacy. The large "yellow" bathroom has a window and a bathtub with shower, equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine Guest access The apartment is located on the first and last floor of our family home. The house has two separate apartments: one side of the house is where part of my family lives in, which today consists of my mother Selena, my younger sister along with Monet our funny cat :) your apartment is located in the opposite side of the house that will be for your exclusive use. From the door on the street, climbing just 15 steps will lead you to the hallway, this is the only area shared with our private home. From the hallway, (which is the only area shared with my family) through a short corridor you can reach your private and dedicated area which opens in the living/kitchen area, private bathroom and a bedroom with an extra relax area in the mezzanine. You will have your own keys to open and close the door of your apartment in total autonomy and privacy. Other things to note The neighborhood offers a lovely safe area where you can walk around without the overcrowding of the city centre, while remaining just a few steps away from it.
