The space Del Mar y Sol is located in a gated community with amenities such as basketball, tennis courts, gym, and pool. With an open concept kitchen-dining and living room, direct access to the balcony and a stairwell leading to the private rooftop terrace you’ll have all you need for the perfect getaway. The balcony and terrace offer comfortable spaces to sit and unwind after a fun-filled day. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances. The rainfall counter-tops provide a relaxing space for bar stools and additional eating space. A coffee maker and toaster are available for use. The dining and living rooms' contemporary setting includes beautiful paintings providing a relaxing atmosphere. If you need entertainment, a large Smart TV and board games are available. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a rain fall shower as well as an additional Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a daybed with an additional pull-out twin-sized bed. The entire unit has air condition for a cool stay. An in-home laundry unit is also available for use. Guest access Guests of Del Mar y Sol have access to the entire 3 bedroom condo as well as the patio and rooftop terrace. Additionally, guests can access the community's pool, tennis court, basketball court and gym. Other things to note Del Mar y Sol is a penthouse unit with a private terrace. There’s no elevator for use, but the building layout provides easy access to the condo. The apartment's entrance is on the third floor and there’s only 1-1/2 flights of stairs (approximately 25 steps). The first level of steps lead to the second floor and two shorter levels leads to the apartment. Del Mar y Sol has 2 assigned parking spots. The main parking space is located in front of building 18 to the right. The 2nd assigned parking space is located across from building 17. Both spots are labeled 18-402. Please note, as with all Caribbean islands some months can have unpredictable weather. There is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Nor do we offer refunds for short duration power outages. You may wish to purchase trip cancellation insurance for your travels in case you do need to cancel last minute.
