Welcome to our centrally located terraced house in Exeter! ☆ 10min walk from the city center ☆ 2min walk from the train station ☆ 1min to reach amenities and shops. ☆ pet-friendly We are currently undergoing refurbishment, we're working to ensure it's fully livable, providing a comfortable space. Garden, 2 bedrooms, sofa and dining, ample space for families or couples. We look forward to welcoming you. The space The proprety is a 2 floors terraced house with garden. It consists in a open living - dining space and a kitchen at the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a double and a single bedrooms. The kitchen boast of a 5 hobs electric cooker, an electric oven, a washing machine, a microwave, a slow-cooker and a kettle. The living presents with a L-shape leather sofa, a rug and a toy box. The dining has a 4 people oval wooden table. The double bedroom has a Queen size bed and wardrobes. The single has a toddler size bunk bed with a sofa bed at the bottom. The bathroom has a shower-bath and a toilet. The garden dimensions are 9.5 x 4.5 mt and it's got a BBQ, a table and a bike storage. Guest access This house is our only living space. This is the reason why we can rent it just during the weekends and the summer holidays. You will find our personal items in every room of the house, but I hope this won't keep you from enjoying fully your stay with us. Every room except for the attic is at your disposal. You are welcome to use the washing machine and cook or just to have a rest in the garden. Other things to note Just to let you know so you can prepare yourself. In our house you won't find any television or the way to connect to the international broadcast. For choice we have decided to avoid this single entertainment. But don't worry, you can always watch some of your programs connecting to internet and bringing with you an Ipad
