Welcome to Walnut Apartment! Our apartment is freshly renovated, thoughtfully furnished and equipped, ideal for both short and long-term stays, accommodating 2-4 people. Features include: early check-in, late check-out, full kitchen, balcony, working spaces and washing machine. The apartment is located in the city's greenest and safest neighborhood, close to the riverside, Central Park and major event venues like the stadium and BT Arena. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room which can be used as a second bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, a closed and an open balcony. The two rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom are each accessible separately from a hallway. 🛏️ In the bedroom you'll find a double bed with a modern mattress, a desk with an ergonomic office chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers to store clothes and other luggage. 🛋️ The living room has a corner sofa, a small coffee table and a 43'' smart TV. An upper mattress is used to convert the pull-out sofa into a comfortable bed for larger groups. An HBO subscription for the TV, books and board games are included to keep you entertained. The dedicated workspace consists of a desk with an external monitor and an ergonomic office chair. Accessible from this room, the open balcony is enhanced with Dutch turf and garden furniture, creating an atmospheric relaxing space. 🍳 In the kitchen you can find a 4-person dining table. Beside the essential utensils, the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, blender, food processor, pots and pans. Cleanup is made easy with a dishwasher, while the fridge and freezer offer ample storage for ingredients. Accessible from this point, the closed balcony is used as a laundry and storage room, equipped with a washing machine and drying racks. 🛁 The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, with towels and quality toiletries for a pleasant bathing experience. 🅿️ While the apartment does NOT include a private parking space, free roadside parking spots are available in the alley in front of the building and nearby streets. Why choose us: 🔑 Arriving early? If you'd like to see a panoramic view of the city, Cetatuia Belvedere is also within walking distance. 🚍 Going out? Reach any destination quickly using public transportation. The bus passing through the central districts runs every 10 minutes, and the nearest stop is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You can also take the scenic route to the city center by walking through the Somes riverside promenade and Central park. ⏳ Staying long-term? Our apartment is furnished with simplicity and practicality in mind. Everyday tools and utensils, storage units for clothes and groceries are included. When should you look for another place: 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 We welcome families, but please be aware that most furniture is NOT child-proofed with locks and corner protectors. ♿ The apartment is located on an upper floor, there is NO wheelchair ramp or elevator in the building. 🚘 Free roadside parking is available on the nearby streets, finding an empty spot doesn’t take too much time usually. However, if you rely heavily on your car for everyday use, you should probably look for a place with dedicated parking. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive unique access codes to enter the building and the apartment. Other things to note Please note that we only prepare the second room for sleeping for bookings with 3-4 people. Reserve for at least 3 people if you’d like to use the living room as a second bedroom.
