The space Staying in this cozy room is a delightful experience. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this top-floor gem offers a comfortable retreat in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment. The room itself boasts a plush queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and modern amenities like AC and a 55" smart TV loaded with streaming services for endless entertainment. A smart lock provides easy access, while the well-appointed work desk and armchair invite relaxation. Although there is NO LIVING ROOM, the kitchen is a social hub, complete with drop-down tables, bar stools, and an Amazon Echo Show 10 for your amusement. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a duo Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and stove. Plus, the bathroom surprises with a washer, dryer, and a touch-controlled mirror. Guest access Guests have full access to their room, the well-appointed bathroom, and the inviting kitchen, which is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there's access to a storage closet. It's important to note that the only area off-limits within the unit is the other bedroom. During your stay During your stay, there will be no direct interaction with me, the host. However, if you require any assistance or have questions, please feel free to message me, and I will respond promptly to address your inquiries or arrange for a handyman to assist you at the earliest availability. We always aim for 1, but there is a. chance that this may happen. - We appreciate your understanding that only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you would like to have guests over during the day, even for a few minutes, please inquire. - If there are any issues (things not working, items missing, animal sightings) it should be reported immediately. - Lost key fee is $125.
