Canal home in Amsterdam

Our family apartment is in a historic canal home in the city center of Amsterdam. Located at the east edge of the center it has a nice calm, but it's close to everything. The apartment is spacious and light with a balcony and garden. Our cosy family home is ideal for a family trip, and a perfect place to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings. The space Our apartment has two floors. The first floor is a spacious living area, with lots of light from both sides of the house. The open kitchen was recently installed. On one side there is a quiet balcony and garden, and on the other side the beautiful canal. In the souterrain you find two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bedroom where our kids sleep (it has two large single matrasses and a baby bed). Upon request we can put a comfortable air mattress ready. It's cool in the summer and a comfortable place to sleep. Our bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Staying at our home means taking care of our cats Wim and Emiel. They are very sweet, a bit on their own, but also like to cuddle if you do. Important to know is that we actually live in our home (and rent it when we are on holiday ourselves). So please take note that it is a personal and homey space, not neutral or without character. Although the house is located in a relatively quiet street, you are very close to a route which brings you outside the city in <10min. A perfect place to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings.
