Citrine House Angono is situated in a private property with a panoramic view of Laguna Lake and Metro Manila skyline. This house is a fusion of modern, simple, and minimalist style. It features a warm and cozy indoor living space, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, swimming pool, air-conditioned entertainment room, and a roof deck where you can witness breathtaking sunsets. The space Citrine House is a newly built house featuring a small garden area, a spacious viewing deck, a basement pool area and an entertainment room, all designed to enhance comfort and modern living. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The design promotes a sense of connectivity and flow, perfect for both entertaining guests and relaxing with family. The kitchen leads to the stairs down to the basement pool area, creating a convenient transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. In the living area, a separate staircase leads to the upper level where you'll find Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. Citrine House offers a thoughtfully designed living experience that combines indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a haven where every detail is tailored to provide an exceptional experience! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Basement - pool area, entertainment room, kitchen nook, outdoor and indoor dining rooms, and small bathroom Ground Floor- living room, dining room, kitchen, garden, outdoor living space, bedroom 1 and toilet & bath. Second Floor - bedroom 2, bedroom 3, toilet & bath, and patio Roof deck - outdoor dining area Other things to note Guests can park their car in front of Citrine House. (street parking only) A security deposit of PHP 2,000 is required upon check-in of guests. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check-out provided that the keys are returned and there are no missing/broken items in the house. The maximum number of guests is 15 pax. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. Children 3 years old and below are free of charge. Keep the house clean. No shoes inside . Slippers are provided at the entrance door. Citrine House Angono is not responsible for any accident, injury, loss of the guests’ belongings or any untoward incident that may occur during their stay. Items and equipment found missing or damaged shall be charged to the guests. No smoking inside the house. While we love pets, our current space isn't the best fit for them, so we kindly ask that you don’t bring it in the house. Guests must inform in advance if they plan to decorate or put up wall decors for special occasions. Additionally, the use of confetti poppers or glitters inside the house is not permitted. Pool Rules - NO diving. NO running. No rough play. NO food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Shower before entering the pool. An adult should always accompany children at all times. Quiet hours begin at 10PM. This is a residential area so please be mindful of others in the vicinity. Guests are not allowed to leave the house at 10pm-4am in compliance with the subdivision's rules and regulations.
