Welcome to your squeaky-clean stay! Enjoy a cozy, private space with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with shower, all for your exclusive use. You only share one wall with the main house, offering comfort and privacy. This corner house allows easy parking and smooth coming in and out, in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, parks, and nearby metro/train stations. Note: The jacuzzi shown in photos is a shower only and is not a working jacuzzi. The space A peaceful, tidy, and sunny place in Silver Spring. It's only a minute walk to the metro bus stop and six-minutes drive to the Red line station. The house, built in 2006 and renovated 2024, is located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores just minutes away. It also offers a private entrance and free parking. Guest access Proceed beyond the wire fence marked with the "Beware of dog" sign. After passing the fence, follow the brick walkway way towards the left path leading to the entrance (Don't go down the stairs that lead to the basement). Use your passcode to unlock the door once you arrive .To lock the door from the outside, pull it and press the lock button, or simply wait 30 seconds for it to lock automatically. Other things to note Make sure you keep it peaceful in this quiet neighborhood and avoid doing anything unpleasant. I would greatly appreciate it if you could avoid stepping on my new lawn or dragging your suitcase across it. I’ve been working hard to get it to grow properly, but it’s been difficult due to people walking on it and dragging luggage.
