Tucked away in the beautiful French countryside, our charming gîte is the perfect place to switch off and unwind. Wake up to birdsong, pour yourself a coffee, and enjoy it on the terrace while taking in the peaceful valley views. Life moves a little slower here — it’s all about relaxing, recharging, and enjoying the simple pleasures. The pool is a welcome oasis during the hot summer days. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, airfryer and all other essentials. The television has french channels and a chrome cast. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage space. The dual AC is available in the living space and bedrooms for the very warm days during the summer months and the chillier evenings in the winter. Outside there is a terrace with a dining table and a charcoal bbq - an inviting space for outside living. A washing machine is also available for use for those staying more than 3 nights. During the winter months there is also a stove for your comfort. Firewood is available at the property. Other things to note At the gite there is lots of information on all local attractions and events. With night markets being such a distinguishable feature of summer night life in our area we have a bag ready at the gite with all you need to enjoy the markets - definitely not to be missed. A ping pong table, badminton net with racquets, access to local tennis courts and petanque court gives the more energetic guests lots to entertain themselves with. In our local town the lots of activities can be booked * indoor and outdoor padel courts * bowling at Vertigo * electric bicycles * 9/18 hole golf * crazy golf During the autumn and winter evening our guests can enjoy the cosiness offered by a wood burning stove. You have access to French TV channels and a wide range of board games and reading material. The lovely quiet rural roads are a haven for those of you who enjoy walking or cycling. In the surrounding region there are many beautiful villages offering amazing views of the Lot Valley, historic chateaus / churches to explore, cafes/restaurants to dine in and so much else. There is a local vineyard which runs tasting evenings. The proximity of the River Lot offers you the opportunity to go canoeing or take organised boat trips. A day trip to beautiful Bordeaux is easily accessed by train within an hour of the local train station where you can park your car free of charge. Registration Details 934858002
