Spacious Brie house in the heart of the Petit Morin valley, sleeping up to 8 people. A haven of peace just 1h15 from Paris, relax amongst the birds, trees and rose bushes in our large enclosed garden, ideal for children. The space Our atypical house has several entrances: a 'main' entrance leading to the garden, an entrance in the "Salon 1" also leading to the garden, an entrance via the garage (very practical for unloading cars) and an entrance to the kitchen leading to the 'alleyway'. The house comprises: Ground floor: A former garage used for storage in which you will find a mini-freezer, a dryer, outdoor equipment (barbecue, chiliennes, low garden table, carpet that can be used in the garden) and children's play equipment (draisiennes (2), bike (1), molky). From the garage, a double door gives access to the house. A large living room divided in two parts, one overlooking the garden with the fireplace and the second overlooking the "alleyway" (Salon 1). A toilet. A room with the boiler and washing machine (accessible, on demand, if you are staying for more than 5 days). A large, fully-equipped kitchen with a 6/8-seater dining table (6 chairs + extra chairs available in the garage, plus 2 baby chairs). A few steps lead up to the first bathroom with bath (plus folding baby bath, in the cupboard). Stairs lead up to the garden entrance (second toilet). First floor: The mezzanine/library (Salon 2) with a TV (access to Netflix and Amazon Prime), board games are available in the TV cabinet. The master suite (bed 140 x 190) with a private shower room (Chambre 1). A children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two baby cots (Chambre 2). Second floor: THIS BEDROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. A winding staircase (dangerous for children) leads from the children's bedroom on the first floor to the last bedroom (Chambre 3) filled with a double bed (160x190) and a pull-out bed with two mattresses, giving either a double bed (160x200) or a single bed and a mattress on the floor).
