Unwind on your private terrace with morning coffee/tea, lush jungle views, ocean glimpses, and howler monkey soundtrack. The space This apartment is one of the units of Casa Bella Vista. There are three apartment total. We the hostess live on the property and we are going to ensure you will have a pleasant time. At Casa Bella Vista you will experience waking up to beautiful scenery, with the combination of Guanacaste countryside and the Pacific Coast. The countryside with its amazing nature, monkeys, cows, horses, buffalos, tropical plains among others. Then, this nature meets the Pacific Coast with incredible surf break points, translucent waters and astonishing sunsets. Best of all, you will be able to enjoy the sunset and the ocean view from the terrace or the bedroom window of this apartment. The apartment has a full Kitchen: gas stove, refrigerator, microoven, coffee maker and all utensils and more for you to prepare a nice meals, but if you need any additional, as I mentioned before we’ll be there to assist you 🙂 A comfortable area for dine and rest, there is a sofa bed that can sleep one person. One bedroom with a Queen side bed and a bathroom. The apartment also has hot water available and A/C. In addition, we are located only 8 minutes away from Playa Avellanas, renowned for its stunning beaches and world-class surfing. You will also have small groceries shopping (Pulperias) within a few minutes drive, as well as, a great variety of restaurants and Sodas (for local food). Tamarindo town, the heart tourism in Guanacaste providence is only 20 minutes drive and other surf spots like, Playa Negra (10 minutes), Playa Grande (45 minutes) Guest access The host will provide guests with the a set of keys to the property and the apartment. Laundry: Access to shared washer, dryer, and sink twice per week (please coordinate with host for schedule). Parking: One dedicated parking spot inside the property is included. Other things to note House Rules – Long-Term Stay Main Gate: Keep closed at all times. Guests receive a key for free access (no need to lock during the day). Host locks it at night. If returning late, please lock the gate behind you. Glassware: No glass outside the apartment. Use provided plastic/paper cups and plates on the terrace. Dogs: Host’s friendly dogs, Rocko and Luna, live on-site. Please do not feed them. Trash: Collected every Friday ~7 AM. Place sealed bags outside the main gate by 7 AM. A/C: Turn OFF every time you leave the apartment to save energy. No Smoking is allowed inside of the apartment unit. Thank you for helping keep the space safe and comfortable!
