You will have private use of the entire first floor and independent access. We respect your privacy. The space Entire first floor (100 m²) in a detached house with garden. To go up to the first floor there are two external stairs: one goes to the garden and pool, and the other goes straight into the apartment. The floor consists of a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms, one room with a double bed, another with a bunk bed with two twin beds and the last one with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed. The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with WIFI, two sofas, controlled heating with thermostat, ceiling fans, and a large table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, silverware, and a two-burner electric stove. Does not include oven or washing machine. There are laundromats near the property for guests. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor with separate access and the garden, which is a common area. The pool is private but exclusive to guests during their stay.
