Welcome to our cozy retreat in Canyon Lake, Texas! This lovely two-story home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The home has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queens) and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor features a den with a dartboard and a bar and both floors open up to our expansive yard, complete with sitting areas, a campfire pit, and BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Relax in the new hot tub under the stars at night or take a short walk to the beautiful waters of Canyon Lake. The space Welcome to our charming retreat in Canyon Lake, Texas! Home Features: - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: Spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for families or groups. - Outdoor Seating Areas: Multiple spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. - Fire Pit: Perfect for evening gatherings and relaxing under the stars. - Hot Tub: Unwind in our hot tub after a day of exploring (Please follow Hot Tub rules). - Entertainment: Enjoy a game of cornhole, darts, or relax and watch TV in the cozy den or upstairs living area. - Bar: Ideal for mixing your favorite drinks and entertaining guests. - Upper and Lower Deck: Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a meal outdoors, or socializing with friends and family. Plenty of parking in the driveway along the house and also able to park on the side of the street where the sidewalk begins. There is room to park a boat but please notify us ahead of time. Located just over a half mile from the nearest boat ramp (boat ramp 8) and the beautiful waters of Canyon Lake. WORD Permit L1881 Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house and property except for the garage, garage driveway, sheds and the locked upstairs hallway closet. Other things to note If plan to use the hot tub, please notify us and make sure to follow all rules listed in the house manual located on this site. There is central AC upstairs and window units downstairs. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs and the AC unit in the downstairs bedroom is large with plenty of power. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Please do not bring more guests than listed and approved. If extra guests are on the property without approval, there will be a $50 fee per night per unclaimed guest. Dishwasher - We ask guests to please hand clean all dishes, pots and pans and not use the dishwasher. Firewood - You may take smaller sticks and wood from the brush pile behind the garage but please bring your own logs if plan to have a fire. The gas stations nearby sell them. Pets: Please note that there is an additional pet fee of $50 for one pet and it is a one-time fee per stay. No CATS are allowed as I am allergic and absolutely no pets on the beds or couches. We will be checking for pet hair with a special light and there will be a $300 fee if pets were found on the furniture. Guests are responsible for picking up all dog poop or there will be a $100 fee. If more than one pet is brought to the house there will be a $300 fee.
