Seperate office /study ( great if you need to work from home) or a great playroom for the kids! Updated kitchen. Bath to soak in and new big walk in shower. Seperate loo, All in all, this home offers a place to relax, work or play. Lots of parking. Walk to the main strip of Penguin in about 10mins. Centrally located to explore the entire north-west Coast. Quiet, well behaved pooches who don’t get on furniture and who are not in bedrooms possible by negotiating, please discuss at time of enquiry. Fenced yard but gates are waist height so not suitable for dogs who jump. Base yourself at the ideal beach hamlet but be so close to: 5/ 8 min walk to Penguin Main Street. 2 min drive. Shared Coastal Pathway for walking, running and cycling will soon cover 85kms from Latrobe to Wynyard runs through Penguin. The direct exit ( to Devenport ferry/ and Burnie ) vis the Bass Highway is less than 1km away. 10 minutes drive to the larger town of Ulverstone 15 minutes drive to Burnie city 25 minutes to the city of Devonport. My house is 25 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal in Devonport, 30 minutes to both Burnie and Devonport Airports (Rex and Qantas flights) and the perfect base for the North West Coast.
