The space Our 200 m2 family house has a very spacious "cathedral" living-dining room, a very large fully equipped kitchen (including American fridge, 2 ovens, 1 microwave oven, food processor and cookbooks available). It consists of 6 bedrooms (4 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), 3 of which have their own bathroom, a fourth bathroom is also available. It should be noted that the house has 4 toilets in all. All these rooms are equipped with air conditioners, as are the living room and kitchen. Outside, our land offers you the opportunity to enjoy the garden thanks to functional and warm amenities: a summer kitchen (electric plancha, sink, American fridge), a summer living room, a bowling ground, a hammock under the pines, an outdoor shower, a beautiful table to eat surrounded by the trees of the forest, another to be completely in the shade under the awning of the summer kitchen, sun loungers to move around in this beautiful garden and above all... a magnificent "mirror" salt pool (guaranteed crystal clear water that does not sting the skin, salt and not chemicals...) Guest access The Hume district (train station, shops, cinema, port, restaurants, beach) is less than 1.5 km from the house, and you will find a bakery, a fishmonger, a butcher, a market gardener, a wine merchant, a caterer and an African restaurant accessible directly by the forest trail within a 15-minute walk (5 minutes by bike). Arcachon is less than 5 km away, the Pyla dune 12 km away, the ocean beaches 15 km away and Lake Cazaux 17 km away by car. The Arcachon basin has secure bike paths that allow you to get anywhere safely and enjoy the surrounding nature. From the Arcachon jetty or the Moulleau jetty, you can reach Cap Ferret by river shuttle (bicycles accepted). You will also find in the port of Arcachon many pinasses for rent in order to tour the basin by boat and discover the Pyla dune from the sea (beautiful). Other things to note In order to preserve the quality of life of our neighborhood but also our family home, parties are not accepted.
