Heated pool and private parking

On the Santa Elena peninsula and close to the beautiful Punta Blanca beach. The property has solar lamps with motion detectors outside (at the entrance) and throughout the patio, so if the power is cut in the area, this property will still be lit outside at the entrance and throughout the patio. Security cameras are also solar. We also have a solar heating system for the pool. The shower is gas heated. The space We have adapted the house to current needs by incorporating an elevated tank so that the water supply does not stop when there are power or water outages, so you can use all the faucets, showers and toilets even if there is no electricity. •♨️🔆 🌞 Important about the pool: Our swimming pool (≈25,000–30,000 L) is solar heated: 200m of recirculation pipes are heated from the morning with the sun. At night the recirculation no longer works, but thanks to the large volume of water and the accumulated heat the water does not cool suddenly: on typical nights of October-December it loses approx. 1–5°C, so it usually stays warm until night. We chose this solution to avoid having to change gas tanks, turn on or preheat anything: you just enjoy it — we make it comfortable and eco-friendly. 🌴💧 •🚙🚘 Two cars enter the property; the internal parking lot is 9.50m long and 3.50m wide. Outside the house you can park up to 4 more cars. • 🎥 The place is very quiet but in addition to this the perimeter of the house is monitored with surveillance cameras. • 🛏️🛁 The bedroom has air conditioning and a bathroom. • 🛜 There is WiFi throughout the property and we have a signal repeater so that at the time of check-in you can communicate with us without internet problems from outside the house, although it is normally not necessary since check-in is as simple as typing the code in the box at the entrance, taking the key and entering.🔑 • 🏧⛽️ Near our property, 3 minutes away by car, you will find a large gas station with a grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy, ATMs and liquor store. • 🛍️🎡🛒 San Pablo is a 4-minute drive away, where you'll find countless tourist, gastronomic and commercial activities. Guest access The entire property is exclusively for guests. You don't have to share a pool or parking lot with anyone.
