The space Our Yonkalla Retreat is conveniently located near the quaint hamlet of Graeagle and just up the street from Graeagle Meadows Golf Course. Great restaurants, shops, a wine bar and breweries are a short drive away. This quiet neighborhood is ideal for leisurely walks through the neighborhood trails. Our home is spacious and comfortable. Try out the recliner in the master bedroom for reading and putting your feet up. Or take a snooze on the couch with one of the many throws to keep you comfy. The well stocked kitchen allows many ‘cooking in’ opportunities with friends or family. BBQ instead? No problem. We have one ready for your use. The new backyard patio offers plenty of seating with two tables, two chaise lounges and a comfortable hammock for a mid afternoon shady nap. Other conveniences include laundry, high speed wifi and a smart t.v. for streaming your favorite shows. We have a small selection of books and several games to enjoy if you choose. Guest access The primary driveway will fit two cars and a gravel driveway on the right side of the house will fit another two. There is no garage access at this property. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not park on the street. The whole house is available including a fully fenced large back yard. Access to the house is available through our self check in smart lock. Code will be delivered prior to your arrival.
