The space Our family friendly house has 2 levels: Upstairs contains the sunny living areas including a full entertainers kitchen with stunning views out to the ocean & harbour. There is a full family bathroom and 2 large double bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom boasts superb views of the harbour and contains a queen bed, the second bedroom has a super king bed. There are 2 sunny decks off the living areas. Downstairs there is two more double rooms, one with a queen bed, the other has two single beds. Downstairs is the combined laundry and 2nd bathroom and there is internal access to the garage. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and section during your stay. Other things to note Stairs & Access Please note that the internal stairs are uneven and fairly steep. Guests with limited mobility should take extra care. If stairs are a concern, the second level also has its own external access via a safe, gently sloped ramp. Sound Between Levels This is an older home, and while it is well-maintained, sound insulation between levels is not perfect. You may occasionally hear footsteps or general movement from upstairs or downstairs, which is part of the character of the house. Hot Water The house has a large hot water system, which is generally more than sufficient for normal use. However, as with most residential systems, hot water is not unlimited. For larger groups, we recommend being mindful of shower length so everyone can enjoy a warm shower.
