This historic home includes: + 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen-sized beds + BASEMENT SUITE: cozy king-sized bedroom, living room, and bathroom. (Note: there are currently no handrails on the basement staircase.) + SOFA BED: Basement couch has a pull-out futon bed. (Note: there is no door separating this from the king-sized bed in the basement, just a thin curtain.) + SUNROOM: Peaceful eastern-facing sunroom perfect for a morning coffee + HOME CINEMA: Main bedroom upstairs includes a large projector to watch your favorite movies/shows in bed + 2.5 baths, basement bathroom has a WALK-IN shower, upstairs bathroom has a CLAWFOOT tub + INDOOR FIREPLACE: Play a round of chess or read a book by the fire + A QUAINT kitchen and dining room + WASHER + DRYER: Not pictured. Due to their age, there are no locks available for any interior doors.
