It rests on almost 9 acres of well groomed, gentle rolling hills. Spectacular panoramic views are visible from every room in the house. This home is a hidden oasis nestled among the hills & groves. Opens to the dining room & cozy family room & a downstairs 4th bedroom. This home lives like a single-story with a huge master suite on the MAIN level. The great room is complete with Italian style columns flanking the entry & a custom built fireplace with cabinets galore. The reclining leather sofa set is complete with USB charging ports. Double chair & ottomans, a large-screen TV, indoor games, and floor-to-ceiling doors provide picturesque views of the stunning backyard pool area you are sure to enjoy! The Entertainer’s kitchen area is complete with Ninja and Breville small appliances including a double air-fryer, toaster, tea kettle, blender and ice-cream maker! The spacious kitchen area includes a double convection oven, large island complete with a 6-burner cooktop, and ample space for wining and dining your party! Coffee and tea bar with Keurig machine and K-cups will be provided. The outdoor pool area is complete with sparkling resort-style pool and heated spa with waterfall. An outdoor sink and wet bar complete with a propane grill make it perfect for some outdoor dining! Grab your swimsuit and jump into the pool for some outdoor fun in the water with pool basketball and floaters available! Dining for 6, a pair of Adirondack chairs, 4 pool-loungers, and lots of sitting areas are around the pool as you disconnect, catch some sun and relax! Don’t forget the full bathroom that is directly accessible from pool area for easy changing/showering! This home sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Rest well at night in comfortable beds with additional pillows and bedding throughout, with the perfect temperature set on 2 thermostats. Please note this includes two inflatable beds on the property which are located in upper level bedroom closets. Please note that 4th bedroom is on main level and has glass French doors with two twin beds. The tranquil master suite has an extra comfy King bed, French doors into pool/patio private area, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom equipped with a double walk-in shower, jetted tub, and double vanities. Two additional bedrooms suites upstairs with King and Queen beds respectively each have large closet spaces, French door veranda access, and both wings offer additional privacy & sweeping views of the pool area and mountains respectively! Please reach out to us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your stay to arrange for the pool to be heated. Other things to note -We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. -Pool heating is an additional fee and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. -Pool heating is $300 per day. -ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. -Due to the remote location of this property, guests may experience unannounced power outages. -Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not allowed at this home. -Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. -Complementary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer -Personal sign-ins are required for smart TV access. Parking Details: 6 cars can park onsite. No parking in the garage. Street parking is not allowed. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. The estate is in great condition! Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Outdoor security cameras are present on the property. Garbage collection is Monday morning. [DISCLAIMERS] -All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings. (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). -Riverside County has a strict noise ordinance with ALL short-term rentals. We are required to comply or risk a hefty fine/removal of our permit. Although we are lucky to own a 8+ acre parcel, outside noise still travels amazingly far. Please help us stay compliant as this is the county rules not ours. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking. - We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. - Fruit trees are not to be touched or eaten from, as they are not a part of the property rental. - We do have maintenance personnel on the property daily that tend to the land & trees as well as upkeep with the home so you may encounter seeing employees working on the land during your stay. Please note the surrounding area abuts undeveloped lands. Wildlife native to Southern California may be sighted in the area including coyotes, bobcats, rattlesnakes, raccoons, bees and wasps, etc.
