This cozy home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom for NON-SMOKING guests. Out house is recently furnished with brand new appliances, new furniture (i.e. living area, bedrooms, comforters, towels, etc.) ready for you to enjoy! A pet friendly establishment however, guests will need to request approval for the type of pet. If granted permission to bring your pet, Guest will need to clean up after them, including and not limited to patio usage on a daily basis. Our objective is to have all our guests feel the comfort and cleanliness of their own home as if there weren’t any pets around. If your pet was approved, it is NOT allowed for them to sleep in any of the beds unless Guests’ bring their own change of bed sheets with them to our home. If not, approved pets should sleep in their own pet beds that Guests’ should have brought for them. If there is any evidence of shedding of pets or scents left behind in our bedsheets, Guest will be charged a fee of $195 USD per bed for replacements of bedsheets or any other damages caused. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea and other essentials will be provided for Guests’. Home also has pots and pans, utensils and enough for 6 people in the kitchen. Regarding our AC system, this home operates with a brand new NEST controlling system to help manage perfect temperatures throughout the house as well having ceiling fans in each bedroom. Guest Access You have free access to all within the property except the locked closet that we use for maintenance and administration. Please feel free to use the convenience of accessing the home through the garage entry when needed. **IMPORTANT ** Parties or big reunions are NOT ALLOWED on the premises. There should NOT be more then the accepted number of guests allowed at the rental home at any given time of the reservation. It should be understood without us having to state this, but ILLEGAL ACTIVITY of any kind whatsoever, and if found out, we will report you to Airbnb, the local police, and provide them with any and all evidence of such occurrences.
