If you have an additional vehicle, we kindly request you to park it outside the building premises at your own responsibility, as we can only allocate one parking space per unit. ★Public Transport Our comfortable and conveniently located apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Taman Midah LRT, giving you easy access to the city center. Other things to note ★Parking At Arte Cheras, each unit is allocated one parking spot. If you have an additional vehicle, we kindly request you to park it outside the building premises at your own responsibility, as we can only allocate one parking space per unit. 1. Appreciate silent hour from 12am to 7am. Penalty of RM150 will be charge if we received complaints from security guard or neighbourhoods during the silent hour. 2. Save the planet. Guest are advised to switch off the fan, lights, air conditioner and water when are not in use. 3. Kindly preserve the cleanliness of the house. 4. We do not provide cleaning services on kitchen, pls always make sure to wash your dish before leaving. If too dirty, RM100 cleaning fees will be charged. 5. All items provided is ONLY to be used within the house. 6. No smoking in the house. RM500 will be charge if found any Cigarettes Smell or Cigarettes Butt 7. Not pets Allowed 8. Strictly no illegal or dangerous activities. 9. Guest are advised to keep all your valuable belonging safe during your stay. We will not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged guest's valuables or belonging. 10. We are not responsible for any item left behind by guest. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. 11. Not responsible for urban services work (emergency blackout, water disruption etc) 12. If guest lose or do not return their keys, penalty of RM 100 per Card will be charged 13. Extra charges may incur and we reserve right without prior notice, to forfeit deposit (if any) & immediately cancel the booking / staying contract or remove guest from the building if we found guest break the house rules. 14. Light cooking only & wash the dishes if any 15. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability of previous or next day booking status.
