Beautiful cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-kept cottage within walking distance to a child-friendly beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is folded out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200, where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a 140x200 bed, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many because of the house's size. The space The cottage is located on a quiet gravel road, the plot is 800 sqm. The cottage was renovated in 2020-2021. The distribution of sleeping places is as follows: 1. Bedroom: double bed (160cm) 2. Second room: 1-2 people depending on size/age (120 cm) 3. Annex: 2 people (140 cm) 4. Sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.
